Junior E-commerce & Graphic Design Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior E-commerce & Graphic Design Operator to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will work closely with and directly support our E-commerce Manager to maintain our online storefront, manage daily retail execution, and create visually compelling marketing assets.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to combine their digital operations mindset with creative design skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. SHOPLINE E-commerce Daily Operations (approx. 50%)

Handle daily store maintenance on the SHOPLINE platform, including uploading new products, updating inventory, managing pricing, and organizing categories.

Monitor, process, and fulfill daily customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery and resolve order tracking issues.

Assist the Assistant Manager in setting up promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal product bundles on the backend.

Assist in compiling daily/weekly sales and inventory reports for evaluation.

2. Website & Marketing Graphic Design (approx. 50%)

Design and update website visual assets, including homepage banners, landing pages, product category images, and promotional pop-ups.

Perform basic photo retouching and formatting for product images to match brand guidelines.

Design engaging visual content and creative assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and EDMs (Email Marketing) to support campaign launches.

Work collaboratively with the E-commerce Manager to brainstorm layout designs and digital visual identities that enhance user experience (UX) and increase conversion rates.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are highly welcome.

Technical Skills

Prior experience or familiarity with SHOPLINE (or similar platforms like Shopify/WooCommerce) is a huge advantage.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , or Canva .

Languages: Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
