Senior UX Designer

Our client a large IT company is looking to hire a Senior UX Designer.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms

Translate business needs and customer insights into intuitive UX solutions

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate ideas clearly

Work closely with BA, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life

Use data, customer feedback, and research to identify pain points and opportunities

Continuously improve experiences through testing, iteration, and refinement

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Web, Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Interface Design, Visual Art or related discipline.

4+ years of UX design experience (more experienced candidates will be considered for senior role)

Strong understanding of user-centered design and problem-solving

Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

Experience in e-commerce or retail industry

Exposure to data-driven design or customer research

Familiarity with working in agile teams

Experience using AI tools (e.g. for design, research, or workflow) is a plus

Clear thinking and practical problem solving

Ability to turn insights into action

Team player with a strong sense of ownership

Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
