Senior & Junior Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer / Custom Furniture Designer, you will take a proactive role in leading residential projects from concept development to execution, with a strong focus on custom furniture design:

Identify and understand client needs to develop personalized residential design proposals; independently prepare full sets of technical drawings (including layout plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and detailed drawings).

Design custom furniture and joinery drawings aligned with project concepts, incorporating innovative elements to enhance each space.

Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively present design concepts to clients.

Conduct site visits, measurements, and surveys to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Prepare material lists, maintain drawing records, and handle documentation to support efficient project execution.

Collaborate closely with project teams and contractors to resolve technical issues and refine design details.

Guide clients professionally through design approvals, ensuring a smooth transition into project implementation and fostering positive client relationships.

This role goes beyond technical execution—it is a creative and dynamic journey where you will transform client visions into distinctive living spaces within an innovative and energetic team environment.

Requirements

We are looking for creative, energetic, and motivated design professionals with strong potential:

Education: Diploma or above in Interior Design or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and technical drawing; experience in end-to-end custom furniture design is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD for producing detailed and standardized technical drawings.

Skilled in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.

Familiar with Escape or similar rendering software.

Basic knowledge of interior materials and construction methods.

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly attentive to quality; strong communication and teamwork skills; creative thinking and problem-solving ability with a proactive attitude.

Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
