The Opportunity We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager / Senior Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Recruitment Agency and Staffing clients across Hong Kong and Singapore.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building strategic relationships with existing clients, driving customer retention and revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within two of Asia's most important financial and recruitment markets.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients solve hiring challenges through eFinancialCareers' recruitment advertising, employer branding, sourcing, and talent intelligence solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys managing high-value relationships while also developing new business in a regional role covering Hong Kong and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agency and staffing clients across Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, Recruitment Directors, Business Leaders, and Team Managers.
• Develop a deep understanding of client hiring priorities, business objectives, and market challenges.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to maximise recruitment outcomes.
• Drive product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and account expansion.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the eFinancialCareers product portfolio.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing market insights and best practices across financial services recruitment.

New Business Development

• Prospect, qualify, and win new recruitment agency clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Develop strategic territory and account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct discovery meetings, solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Leverage market intelligence and industry knowledge to position eFinancialCareers as the preferred recruitment partner.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and regional sales teams to generate and convert opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, recruitment media, HR technology, staffing, recruitment consultancy, or financial services sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or financial services clients is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a regional client portfolio.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong and/or Singapore recruitment markets would be advantageous.
• Fluent English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be beneficial.
