With the recent strong recovery in the commercial real estate market, a diverse range of our clients in Hong Kong—spanning leading multinational (MNC) design consultancies to local boutique design & build companies —are rapidly expanding their creative teams.

To support their growing workplace project pipelines, we are seeking high-caliber interior design talents at both Mid and Senior levels who are passionate about creating innovative corporate office environments.

Job Duties

• Lead and execute large-scale workplace interior design projects from initial conceptual planning through to final handover.
• Develop innovative space planning, test fits, and corporate design concepts that align with modern workplace strategies.
• Partner closely with the corporate marketing and brand strategy teams to ensure design concepts complement regional marketing initiatives and client brand identities.
• Lead high-level design presentations and pitch proposals to corporate clients and steering committees.
• Select, specify, and manage comprehensive FF&E portfolios, materials, and color finishes for high-end corporate interiors.
• Guide and review the production of detailed construction drawings, technical details, and tender documentation.
• Mentor junior design staff and coordinate seamlessly with project managers, MEP consultants, and site contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative discipline.
• 4-8+ years of solid experience in corporate workplace interior design, with a proven track record of managing projects independently.
• Highly expressive and confident presentation style, with excellent client-facing and pitching capabilities.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility regarding corporate branding, material innovation, and workplace detailing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
