Are you a passionate and talented architectural graduate looking to advance your career? The Oval Partnership invites you to join our world-class Architectural Graduate Training Programme in Hong Kong.

In this programme, you will be exposed to The Oval Partnership’s cutting-edge practices and methodologies including Strategic Analysis, Digital Placemaking, Transmedia Narratives and Project Information Management through a wide range of project types located in different cities.

About the Programme

The programme provides an excellent nurturing experience for architectural graduates. The focus of the programme is on personal development and on providing support for self-motivated studies, research and development, It is expected that graduates of the AGTP will become key leaders within the Oval Partnership's global practice and beyond in their early careers.

Who Should Apply

• Holders of an excellent architecture degree from an internationally recognised university
• With less than 3 years of post-graduation experience
• Is passionate about creating better places and making a positive impact on the community.
• Is culturally sensitive and intellectually curious.
• Has an affinity for technological and digital innovation
• Has evidence of excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Has evidence of personal commitment to environmental and social sustainability.

Please note: The Architectural Graduate Training Programme (AGTP) is specifically designed for graduates with a degree in Architecture who wish to pursue a structured pathway towards professional architectural practice. We are also open for internship applications.

Applicants from other academic disciplines are encouraged to apply for our Graduate Training Programme, which supports graduates from diverse educational backgrounds.
