Senior SIte Engineer (E&M)

About the Role

Lead and manage the interface between BS/MEP and ABWF contractors to ensure proper alignment of installation sequencing, spatial allocation, and finishing requirements.

Ensure all necessary builder’s works are accurately executed to support MEP installations.

Coordinate and verify that MEP service routes, mounting positions, and equipment clearances are compatible with architectural and structural elements.

Ensure contractors’ activities comply with approved drawings, method statements, installation procedures, and safety standards.

Assist in resolving site constraints and technical conflicts through coordinated site meetings and follow-up actions.

To be successful in this role, you must have

Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years relevant experience in BS/MEP coordination within building, railway, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience coordinating with ABWF trades is strongly preferred.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, BIM outputs, architectural details, and construction programmes. Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
