Junior / Project Coordinator ( 5 Days / Double Pay / Near MTR )

我們的客戶在葵興 (近地鐵站 5 分鐘內步程) , 這是一個初級職位主要負責在不同大小項目中擔任後勤支援各部門的協調職位正在招聘人手 , 工作內容及職位要求資料如下 :

Responsibilities

Coordination between with internal teams & external partys of the projects.

Assist in project management and statutory submissions for development projects.

Handle in order processing and issuing quotations / invoice documents.

Samples / production arrangement.

Liaise with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

HKDSE with Public Exam English Level 2 (必需要擁有) or above

Fresh Graduate Welcome (16K - 17K) , 1 - 3 years Full Time & relevant in Project coordinator OR Team support OR Construction project support experience is an advantage (18K or above depends on exp)

Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese (with Mandarin)

Good PC Skills , MS Office (Excel - Function IF , SUM) , Word & Typing skill

Well-organized, self-motivated, smart with good interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Short Notice or Immediate is highly preferred. (需要1個月通知客戶暫不考慮)
