Legal / Senior Counsel - Technology

We are working with a Global 500 business.

This is a new and critical hire to support the North Asia region but with a job scope to work across other key markets in Asia such as Singapore and Australia.

Job Description

• In this role you will support business leaders with on-going transactions, marketing, sales, commercial contracts and day to day advice. You will also support other key markets such as Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.
• Your role will take a leading role on complex transactions, ensuring legal support is available throughout deal lifecycles.
• You will also support product teams with the development of new products, services and solutions.
• Reporting to the General Counsel and forming part of her key APAC team, your career

Requirements

• 6 - 12 PQE
• Corporate and commercial background, ideally with a mix of law firm and In-House
• Experience in technology such as SaaS, software in general and IT contracts
• Ability to work across cultural barriers, not just in Asia but the UK and US
• English & Chinese languages
