THE TEAM

The global Information Technology team focuses on delivering scalable, innovative technology solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence across corporate and property environments. Working closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business functions, the team drives large-scale digital and technology transformation initiatives worldwide.

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Project Manager, Information Technology, Global, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end project lifecycle management — from requirements gathering through to execution and release — ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Working across multiple global projects, you will align cross-functional stakeholders, manage expectations, and establish strong project governance through effective cost control and reporting.

Leveraging Agile methodologies, you will translate complex technical initiatives into clear, actionable deliverables that support strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead cross-functional project teams, applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure effective delivery
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through release
• Drive alignment and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead requirements gathering and define project scope with business stakeholders
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including RFP processes and performance oversight

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You bring strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical application
• You are proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Planner
• You have experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects in a global environment
• You are a confident communicator with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
• You have experience in requirements gathering, vendor management, and RFP processes
• You understand technology implementation and software development lifecycle, with exposure to IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
