Senior Operational Risk Manager (Bank)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance the Bank's operational risk framework, policies and procedures.
• Lead governance initiatives relating to policy management, delegated authority controls and internal governance standards.
• Manage the Bank's Business Continuity Planning (BCP) framework, including testing, crisis management exercises and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct operational risk assessments and due diligence reviews for new products, services and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and control functions to identify, assess and mitigate operational risks.
• Prepare risk reports and provide recommendations to senior management and relevant governance committees.
• Support regulatory inspections, internal audits and risk-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of Operational Risk experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Solid experience in Policy & Procedure governance, BCP, authority matrix/delegation of authority controls and product due diligence.
• Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Professional qualifications such as FRM, PRM, CIA or CRISC are advantageous.
