About the Role

CRS helps companies navigate corporate relocations and renovations — projects that can otherwise feel overwhelming, juggled across a dozen vendors. We built our business around being the one team our clients can call, for everything from a simple furniture reconfigure to a full-scale relocation with technology, liquidation, and post-construction cleanup all rolled together.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead our newly restructured team into its next chapter. You'll own projects from first survey to final walkthrough — solving problems, coordinating people, and making sure every client feels taken care of.

This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who thrives when no two days look the same.

What You'll Do

As a CRS Project Manager, you'll be the person holding the full picture together — surveying scopes, building quotes, and guiding a project from kickoff to close-out. Day to day, that looks like:

• Surveying job sites and scoping projects across relocation, installation, technology, liquidation, renovation, and more
• Building accurate quotes and leading project meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinating labor, subcontractors, and scheduling to keep everything moving
• Tracking costs, change orders, and progress using our project management software
• Delivering projects on time, on budget, and with a clean close-out report
• Communicating clearly and often — with clients, your team, and CRS operations

The range of scopes involved is part of what makes this job interesting. Every project is a little different, and we'll train you to adapt as the mix of work shifts.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in commercial moving and/or furniture installation project management — this industry knowledge is essential, since the role starts running at full speed from day one. Specifically:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in Commercial Relocation, Moving, or Furniture Installation
• Strong analytical skills and genuine attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be the connective tissue between clients, subs, and internal teams
• A working understanding of budgeting and project finance
• Comfort juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
• A calm, decisive approach to problem-solving when things don't go to plan
• Willingness to learn the project management tools our team uses

Good to know: this role is largely on job sites, and the schedule flexes with the work — expect some evenings after 5pm and occasional weekends when a project calls for it.
