Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong .NET development background and working knowledge of AWS to lead complex technology programs and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating multiple workstreams, and delivering enterprise-scale software initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership while working from the NYC office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise technology programs.

Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery.

Leverage prior .NET application development experience to effectively communicate with engineering teams and drive technical decisions.

Work closely with cloud engineering teams supporting applications hosted on AWS.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, program governance meetings, and executive status reporting.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Drive continuous process improvements and promote best practices in program management.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management.

Strong background in .NET technologies (development or technical leadership experience is required).

Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based application environments.

Proven experience managing enterprise software development projects.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.

Experience managing cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and software delivery lifecycle.

Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments is a plus.
