Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role based in Hillside, NJ. The Junior Sales Executive will support daily sales activities, including reaching out to prospective and existing customers, presenting product offerings, and assisting with order processing and follow-up. This role will help maintain customer records, update sales reports, and coordinate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The Junior Sales Executive will also participate in local visits to accounts, gather feedback from customers, and identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales. This position is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a growing snack brand.

Qualifications

• Foundational sales skills, including basic prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship-building with customers.
• Strong communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.
• Basic business and numerical skills, such as understanding pricing, margins, and the ability to work with spreadsheets or sales reports.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up on opportunities, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Comfort working on-site in Hillside, NJ and visiting local customer locations as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and customer service teams in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or food & beverage (including internships or part-time roles) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and represent Simply Snacks professionally with all customers and partners.
