Role Description

The Compliance Administrator is a full-time, on-site position based in Parsippany, NJ. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance across all credit union operations, monitoring changes in industry regulations, and implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include conducting compliance audits, providing guidance to staff on regulatory matters, and preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies. The role also involves maintaining thorough documentation and fostering a collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders to promote compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external entities
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to evaluate and address compliance risks
• Experience in Finance or related fields, with knowledge of credit union operations being a plus
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations and guidelines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in compliance or financial regulations (e.g., NCCO, CRCM) are a plus
