Job Overview

The SEO Manager at Mason Interactive will oversee the SEO junior staff and drive the strategic direction of assigned client services. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in mentoring team members and delivering exceptional results through innovative SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and member SEO junior team members, setting clear objectives and monitoring the execution of SEO strategies.
• Foster strong client relationships acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and regular updates on campaign progress.
• Ensure the quality of work produced by junior team members.
• Collaborate with marketing, web development, and analytics teams to ensure SEO strategies are fully integrated across all digital channels.
• Stay abreast of industry changes and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, trends, and tools.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
