Junior Legal Counsel - Corporate Governance and Commercial Agreements

The Legal Counsel, Junior position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse array of commercial agreements, including services agreements, SaaS agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts. You’ll partner cross-functionally with global teams such as Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and IT to address various commercial matters.

Additionally, this role supports all corporate governance functions, assisting with the preparation and administration of monthly Board and committee meetings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in New York
• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or relevant legal internship

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
