The Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and quick-learning Junior Architectural Designer with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills to join our San Francisco team. This position offers hands-on experience with custom residential projects from concept design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D models
• Create high-quality architectural renderings and presentation materials
• Assist with design development, consultant coordination, and project documentation
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and code compliance
• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and site visits
• Complete assigned work accurately and on schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• At least two years of professional architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required
• Proficiency in architectural rendering and visualization is required, with the ability to produce high-quality presentation images
• Quick learner who can understand design direction and apply feedback efficiently
• Residential architecture and construction-document experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and teamwork
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation

$65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and portfolio
