In this role you will lead construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, guiding them from pre-construction through commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and cost targets while maintaining strong client service and knowledge sharing across projects.

• Lead projects through internal and external processes from start to finish
• Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioning
• Oversee scope, schedule, and cost; drive key project decisions
• Direct a collaborative project team to meet scope, schedule, and cost
• Coach, resolve conflicts, facilitate, motivate, and negotiate for the project
• Lead project meetings and maintain the project plan
• Coordinate communications and provide status updates to stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction project management
• PMP certificate desired
• Clear, concise status updates and reports
• Proficiency in analyzing problems and recommending solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Understanding of business environments and processes
• Problem-solving, prioritization, and goal-oriented mindset
• High levels of integrity, commitment, and self-confidence
