Conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement in procurement processes and make data-driven recommendations to optimize cost efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies.

Monitor and track procurement KPIs to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to inform procurement decisions.

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in procurement processes.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for procurement activities.

Use procurement software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Train and mentor procurement team members on best practices and procedures.

Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on procurement initiatives.

Participate in budget planning and forecasting to support cost optimization efforts.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and drive cost savings.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

Represent Prologis as a procurement expert at industry events and conferences.
