Associate Director, Strategic Planning

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Planning to act as the voice of the consumer. You will work on a variety of projects, providing research, insights, and strategic guidance for healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts.

Essential Duties

• Partner with creative, subject matter experts, and account management peers to develop integrated strategy and multichannel plans.
• Synthesize data to develop brand strategies, creative briefs, customer journeys, and digital ecosystems.
• Direct strategic components of client business and lead multiple simultaneous projects.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and workflow efficiencies.
• Actively participate in the development of POVs and tactical plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in planning, strategic planning, or advertising.
• Proven ability to develop multichannel strategies.
• Strong digital and analytical capabilities.
• Pharma/Healthcare background preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
