Business Analyst / Business Development Associate A leading trading firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team. This role requires strong analytical, research, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

• As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing day-to-day business operations.
• This includes collaborating closely with the accounting team to reconcile daily transactions, as well as working with brokers and exchanges to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• A successful candidate will also identify opportunities to improve these workflows through automation, increasing efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
• In addition, the role involves analyzing business performance, identifying new strategic opportunities, and building relationships with industry partners such as exchanges, vendors, and other firms.
• Your analysis will directly support leadership in making informed strategic decisions and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative or analytical field
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Prior experience in, or a strong interest in, finance and trading
