Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in managing existing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Assist in conducting sales negotiations, presenting product features, and closing deals effectively
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance business development efforts
• Utilize sales management systems such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Analyze client needs and market trends to identify potential areas for growth and expansion
• Participate in enterprise selling processes by understanding complex client requirements and proposing tailored solutions

Experience

• Previous experience or familiarity with sales, software or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at various levels
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear articulation of value propositions
• Basic proficiency with sales management tools such as Salesforce, spreadsheets or similar CRM platforms
