Entry-Level Supply Chain Coordinator – Elk Grove Village, IL

$22-$25/Hour (plus overtime at time and a half)

We are seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and gain hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to build a strong foundation in supply chain while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within internal systems and databases
• Assist with account updates, documentation, and operational records
• Support reporting activities using Excel, including data tracking and organization
• Help analyze supply chain and logistics information to identify trends and support decision-making
• Collaborate with teams across operations, logistics, and other business functions
• Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed
• Learn and develop knowledge of supply chain operations, data management, and business processes
• Provide administrative support for daily logistics and supply chain activities

Requirements

• Associate degree
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Data/office/internship experience is preferred but not required
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Ability to handle data accurately and efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
