The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate, Finance to support the firm's accounting and operational infrastructure. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants meaningful responsibility early in their career. As part of a growing firm, you'll work across corporate accounting, investment partnerships, operations, technology, and strategic initiatives.

Rather than being confined to a narrow function, you'll partner directly with experienced leaders, gain broad exposure to the business, and help build the processes and infrastructure that support the firm's growth.

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and operational activities for corporate entities and investment partnerships.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting packages, and other recurring accounting deliverables.
• Manage accounts payable and the firm's bill payment process, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment execution, and related recordkeeping.
• Support the firm's people operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and other HR and administrative initiatives.
• Monitor cash balances and liquidity needs across entities and investment vehicles.
• Assist with audit, tax, and regulatory reporting processes.
• Coordinate with external service providers, including accountants, auditors, tax advisors, administrators, payroll providers, and other vendors, to ensure timely execution of recurring business processes.
• Participate in technology initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Develop, document, and enhance business processes as the firm continues to grow.
• Support special projects and take ownership of new responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in public accounting, financial services, or investment management.
• CPA designation or progress toward certification is preferred.
• Experience with corporate accounting, partnership accounting, or alternative investments is helpful, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
