Position Overview

Seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced investment banking team. This role provides administrative support to 25+ junior banking professionals and requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven corporate environment.

Ideal candidates come from corporate administrative, executive assistant, financial services, legal, consulting, or professional services backgrounds with strong customer service and calendar management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for multiple professionals
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Schedule conference calls and virtual meetings
• Manage high-volume email and phone communications
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Process travel expenses and invoices
• Arrange hotel, airfare, transportation, and visa documentation
• Coordinate meeting rooms and video conferences
• Support multiple banking teams simultaneously
• Provide administrative coverage for teammates
• Maintain confidential information
• Prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of administrative, coordinator, customer service, or office support experience
