Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Train and mentor junior compliance officers to ensure a strong compliance culture within the company.

Collaborate with external legal counsel and other advisors as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
