Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data to support drug development processes.
Develop and optimize analytical methods for the assessment of drug compounds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and interpret results.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior lab analysts.
Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
Stay updated with industry advancements and implement new techniques and technologies as needed.
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during experiments.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate results and findings to team members and present at team meetings.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
Continuously evaluate and improve laboratory processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Act as a subject matter expert for specific laboratory techniques or equipment.
Represent the company at conferences and industry events to showcase our scientific capabilities.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Train new team members on laboratory techniques and procedures.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support drug development projects.
Act as a mentor and role model for other team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
