Responsibilities· Provide Tier 2 technical support for internal users across Mac and PC environments· Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues· Support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and access management· Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions, and equipment provisioning· Manage access requests and project-based permissions for producers, creative teams, and freelancers· Provide support for Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Adobe Premiere
