Strategic Finance Director

Job Location: Culver City, CA (hybrid - 3 days in office)

Job Salary: $180 - $200k DOE + 10% bonus + full benefits

Requirements

6+ years of FP&A leadership experience in the SaaS space + M&A exposure

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Director to partner directly with the SVP of Finance. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role responsible for leading FP&A, managing working capital, and driving financial discipline across a diverse portfolio of tech assets. You will play a critical part in modeling future growth scenarios and integrating new acquisitions into a unified financial framework.

Our office is moving from Pasadena to the Howard Hughes Center (Culver City/Westchester area) at the end of June

What You'll Do

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
• Build advanced financial models for revenue, cash flow, and SaaS metrics.
• Partner with M&A teams on post-acquisition integration and financial governance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to provide visibility into business performance.
• Manage net working capital and optimize partner monetization strategies.
• Implement AI and automation tools to streamline financial reporting workflows.

What You Need

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance or similar (MPA or CPA highly preferred)
• 10+ years of finance experience in SaaS
• Exposure to M&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking (nice to have)
• Baisc understanding of GAAP compliance and SOX internal controls
• Expert-level financial modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Bonus points if you have experience leveraging AI to streamline finance processes and automate work flows
