Lead Data Architect

Lead Data Architect We are seeking a Lead Data Architect to design and deliver large-scale cloud data warehouse solutions. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on architecting enterprise data platforms, building scalable ETL pipelines, and driving data governance, performance, and automation initiatives.Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Operational Data Stores (ODS), Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), data lakes, and data marts.
• Design and develop high-performance ETL/data pipelines using AWS Redshift, Informatica Cloud, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Python.
• Create scalable data models, ingestion frameworks, and real-time/batch data processing solutions.
• Lead data governance initiatives including data lineage, catalog, quality, and compliance.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud data solutions and technical proofs of concept.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of data warehouse/data engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Redshift (preferred) or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Experience with Informatica Cloud, ETL development, Python, SQL, and OLAP data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, performance tuning, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub), and cloud data architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fintech or enterprise data warehouse experience.
• Experience with compliance reporting, business intelligence, and data governance frameworks.
