California Workers Compensation Adjuster – Remote

As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative, you will be responsible for determining compensability and coverage issues, managing a diverse caseload of lost time claims, and coordinating the investigation and litigation process. You’ll work closely with claimants, attorneys, medical providers, investigators, and insureds to gather evidence, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements under management review.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple jurisdictions, and in-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Workers’ Compensation claims adjusting experience with an insurance carrier
• California SIP certification required
• Experience managing lost time claims from inception through resolution
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation statutes, compensability investigations, litigation management, and claim resolution
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
