What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using C/C++ and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for logistics challenges.
• Optimize existing code and systems for improved performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure system integrity and availability.
• Engage in continuous learning and apply new technologies to enhance product offerings.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6–15 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with a solid understanding of software development principles.
• Experience working in logistics, hardware, or defense industries is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

Preferred

• Familiarity with embedded systems or firmware development.

Compensation and Benefits
