(TTI), aims to improve treatment experiences and outcomes for cancer and chronic illness patients. We develop custom applications to help patients manage their treatment and generate insights on their personal experiences with high acuity or chronic conditions.
Due to ongoing partnerships and strategic growth, we're seeking to expand our Development Team. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to own and elevate the user-facing side of our product. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build performant, maintainable, and delightful web applications using React and TypeScript.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and cares deeply about user experience, code quality, and engineering best practices. What You’ll Do Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, reusable UI components and modules in React and TypeScript.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect interfaces and rich interactions. Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, well-tested code (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and actively participate in code reviews to uphold high standards.
Performance & Accessibility: Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance). Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and coach mid-level and junior engineers on frontend best practices, conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions, and help shape our frontend architecture and standards.
Continuous Improvement: Champion the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and processes—keep the team on the cutting edge of frontend development. What We’re Looking For Required 5+ years professional experience building complex web applications with React and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion) or utility-first frameworks (e.g., Tailwind). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil, Zustand) and data-fetching tools (e.g., React Query, SWR). Proficiency in writing robust, maintainable tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress or Playwright.
Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite), and package managers (npm, yarn). Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Nice to Have Experience with design systems or component libraries (e.g., Storybook). Background in GraphQL (Apollo or Relay) or REST API integration. Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, serverless) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Open-source contributions or active technical community involvement.
