Junior Account Executive

Thrive Los Angeles Inc. is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team! We are a sales and marketing firm that excels in attaining, growing, and maintaining our client’s business customer bases. We represent the largest e-commerce marketplace that caters specifically to SMB to mid-market business accounts. The Junior Account Executive role focuses on acquiring and overseeing new business accounts in the greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities of Junior Account Executive

• Pitch and collaborate with business owners/decision-makers
• Identify prospective customers through business-to-business sales
• Drive sales cycle by effectively conducting one-on-one sales presentations to close
• Territory management and organization
• Account retention and management
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs every month

Requirements for Junior Account Executive

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, preferred
• 0-3 years experience in a related or transferrable field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve, be organized and dependable
• Leadership potential
• Great work ethic and discipline
• Ability to work independently and well with a team

Pay: $46,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
