SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time):

• Reconcile assigned cash GL accounts on a monthly basis 40%
• Resolve and verify all kinds of bank and book error including review of outstanding payments 15%.
• Communicate with various departments such as AP, AR, Finance, Temp Payroll, Staff Payroll and Tax. 15%
• Reorder copies of cleared checks as requested. Assist on audit preparations. 5%
• Sort and file bank reconciliation summary, statements, statements, reports and other supporting documents 20%

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (each function listed indicates % of time)

• Journalize monthly cash adjustments, download files, paycard inventory functions 5%
• Other job-related duties as assigned TBD%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Accounting with minimum of 3 years related experience preferred (however, 5 years of direct bank reconciliation experience is considered in lieu of a 4 year degree).

Paid time off accrues immediately at 2 hours per semi-monthly pay period for full time employees, and a prorated amount for part time employees based on the percentage of a 40 hour work week worked. Accrual increases with tenure at certain anniversary dates. The Company offers 11 paid holidays.

The Company also offers a 401k program with an employer match, with employee contributions beginning the month following enrollment.
