Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sophisticated plaintiff-side class action litigation matters.
• Develop comprehensive litigation strategies from case evaluation through final resolution.
• Supervise all phases of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Conduct extensive legal research involving complex class action and procedural issues.
• Draft complaints, class certification motions, dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct and defend depositions involving fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses.
• Represent clients during mediations, evidentiary hearings, settlement conferences, and trial proceedings.
• Present persuasive oral arguments before state and federal courts.
• Evaluate legal risks and advise clients regarding litigation strategy and settlement opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and litigation support professionals.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff while providing guidance on litigation strategy.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management.
