You will support various functions within the Supply Chain/Logistics team, contributing to real projects and initiatives while learning from experienced professionals. This traineeship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to operational processes, systems, and best practices.

• Participate in daily operational activities within the department.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business needs.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and process improvements.

What we would like you to bring

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel; ability to quickly learn internal systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
