Salary: $275,000 - $325,000 per year

Responsibilities

Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and families on complex estate planning and wealth transfer strategies

Handle sophisticated trust administration matters from inception through ongoing management

Draft advanced estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts and related instruments

Collaborate with colleagues across practices to deliver integrated tax and estate planning solutions

Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts through origination

Qualifications

10+ years of experience practicing trusts & estates law

Significant experience with trust administration and sophisticated estate planning

Demonstrated expertise drafting complex estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts

Strong academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Large law firm experience preferred

LL.M. in Taxation preferred

Active admission to the State Bar of California required
