Spanish Country Manager

BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming brand who are looking to hire a Spanish Country Manager based in Spain.

The Country Manager will be responsible for growing the brand from scratch for the regulated Spanish market. This role would be well-suited to an experienced marketing professional with a strong knowledge of the Spanish iGaming market, looking to develop their career with a fast-growing operator.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and growth strategy for the regulated Spanish market
• Develop and manage campaigns for customer acquisition and activation in compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Optimise the channel mix to maximise reach, efficiency, and ROI
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and CRM teams to strengthen market positioning
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends, deriving actionable insights
• Monitor key KPIs (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention) and drive continuous improvement
• Manage and develop external partners
• Identify growth opportunities and optimisation potential within the Spanish market

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the iGaming industry with a strong focus on marketing
• Solid understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Experience across key marketing channels (affiliate, paid media, social)
• Good knowledge of the Romanian market and its regulatory framework is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Proven experience in KPI management and campaign performance optimisation
• Fluent in Spanish and English
