Duties

• Represent clients in wage theft class action cases.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Manage cases under senior attorney supervision.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in employment law, focusing on wage and hour class actions.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
