The Presales Engineering group is the technical center of the Sales organization. Our engineers bring to life the innovative communications solutions that make a difference in the moments that matter. As the solutions architect owner, the Presales Engineering group has the technology and design responsibility for all sales support engagements.

The Presales Engineer will oversee presales opportunities and development of complex projects, managing all stages of the projects from scope denition through project closure. The Presales Engineer is the architect and owner of solutions proposed to our public safety customers.
They are responsible for working closely with the Sales team to deliver customer driven, world class, leading edge, end-to-end solutions that rise to the challenges of first responder agencies. The role encompasses the development, construction, evaluation, and refinement of system solutions and architectures to align with specific client demands.
The Presales team concentrates on the following mission-critical communications technologies at various levels of complexity: Public Safety grade mobile/portable voice and data networks, Advanced Mobile devices, Public Safety mobile broadband networks and devices (LTE), Integrated Command & Control: 9-1-1 Dispatch Consoles, Mobile Video, Cybersecurity and more.
Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
