Senior Project Architect — Path to Principal/Partner is an exciting opportunity to help lead a highly collaborative, design-forward team while stepping into a defined trajectory toward ownership.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:

Supervise and collaborate with staff on design and detailing across schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Provide project quality control and technical oversight
Pursue new clients and business relationships to support firm growth
Contribute to firm leadership and strategic direction as the role advances toward partnership
Licensed architect with substantial experience at the senior project architect or associate principal level
Advanced proficiency in Revit, InDesign, and SketchUp
Strong working knowledge of building codes, ADA, and ANSI accessibility standards
Excellent client communication and business development skills

Salary: $100,000–$150,000+ per year, with flexibility for the right candidate.
