Junior Paralegal

Emery Reddy, PC is a fast-growing litigation firm distinguished by its advocacy on behalf of workers and plaintiffs in employment law and related civil litigation. We are seeking a Junior Paralegal to provide direct support to our Employment Litigation team. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while anticipating the needs of the attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Maintain organized digital case files.
• Monitor court deadlines and litigation schedules.
• Coordinate communication with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Assist attorneys in hearing and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of law firm experience.
• Proficiency in Clio and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable and detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing error-free work under deadlines.
