Office Operations Manager

An experienced operations or office leader who has successfully managed direct reports in an in-person work environment. You understand how to build relationships, hold team members accountable, coach employees, and foster a positive office culture through regular face-to-face interaction.

You notice problems before others do. You follow through. You keep projects moving. You don't wait to be told what needs attention—you take initiative and get it done.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years supervising and managing direct reports in-person (not remote) in an office setting
• Experience managing human resources (payroll, PTO administration, and HR-related functions)
• Experience with technology coordination (computer hardware, printers, phone sytems)
• Experience working for clients who expect concierge level, 5-star service
• Experience managing office supplies and vendors
• Experience managing facility and office logistics
• Experience setting up and managing events
• Ability and willingness to learn new software systems
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
