VP Branch Leader

Our client, a nationally recognized leader in financial services, is seeking experienced Senior Branch Managers / VP Branch Leaders to join their team in Houston, TX. This role focuses on supporting Assistant Branch Managers in developing and leading high-performing sales teams, while also coaching service associates to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Although some hybrid flexibility may be available depending on branch location, all candidates must reside in Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Execute national initiatives to grow the business through customer engagement, local marketing, educational events, and client appreciation activities
• Oversee operational functions
• Adress local risk and compliance issues and manage customer concerns.
• Develop branch associates through training, mentoring, counseling, and motivation

• Skilled at coordinating and nurturing cross-company partnerships and regional relationships that generate business opportunities.

Required Licensing and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in a financial sales role
• 3+ years in a management position within financial services
• Coaching and mentoring younger colleague
• Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63)
• Series 9/10
