Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate data from internal and external sources
• Clean, preprocess, and validate datasets for analysis
• Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and insights
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business users
• Assist in designing and maintaining databases and data systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs
• Document processes, data definitions, and workflows
• Support ongoing data quality checks and improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (including internships or academic projects)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis tools)
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Familiarity with at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Exposure to data warehousing or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience working with large datasets
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts
