What Youll Be Doing

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.
• Talent Attraction: Develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to identify and engage top industry talent.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews to assess technical capability, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals through proactive relationship management and market engagement.
• Career Consultancy: Provide ongoing career advice, market insights, and support to candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Contractor Engagement: Maintain regular communication with contractors and recently placed candidates to ensure exceptional service levels and generate referrals.
• Client Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.
• Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, market mapping, and lead generation activity.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders through both virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Compliance Excellence: Ensure recruitment activities comply with NES Fircroft quality standards, local legislation, occupational health & safety requirements, and client-specific processes.
• Commercial Management: Balance job orders and talent pipelines while managing multiple recruitment assignments and sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Team Mentorship: Support the development of junior consultants through coaching, training, and sharing recruitment best practices.

What Were Looking For

• Recruitment Experience: Minimum 3+ years of agency recruitment experience with a proven record of successful placements and client development.
• Sales & Business Development Skills: Demonstrated experience winning new business and building long-term client partnerships.
• Target-Driven: Comfortable working in a performance-focused environment with clear goals and commercial objectives.
• Confident Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence candidates and clients alike.
