Junior Sous Chef Sugarwolf | Austin, TXSugarwolf is a bakery and restaurant in the heart of downtown Austin, and we're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen alongside our Executive Chef.

We're looking for a cook who's ready to step into leadership, takes ownership of a station and the shift like it's their own, and wants to be part of a high-visibility concept that the city is already talking about.

What makes this different:

You'll work directly alongside our Exec Chef with real input into how the kitchen runs, not just executing someone else's prep list, but helping build the systems, train the team, and hold the standard. We run on real structure here: SOPs, training checklists, a program built to grow, not tribal knowledge passed around verbally.

You'll be working in a large, open kitchen in a downtown space where the craft is part of the guest experience.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, including some time leading a station or shift
• Someone who can run AM or PM service independently and keep a line accountable
• Comfortable with high-volume counter-service pace
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-standard environment
