Molinari's General Manager

Molinari's is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our busy, high-volume neighborhood Italian restaurant. This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences while building a strong team.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

A true leader who works alongside the team, not from behind a desk.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience with staff development, scheduling, inventory, labor management, and maintaining high service standards.

Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Italian restaurant experience or an Italian culinary background is highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach.

Inspire, coach, and develop the front- and back-of-house teams.

Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and quickly resolve concerns.

Oversee scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.

Ensure quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met.

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and respect.
